Cantiere del Pardo acquires VanDutch

Cantiere del Pardo, the Italian builder of Pardo and Grand Soleil, is proud to announce the acquisition of VanDutch, consolidating its positioning overseas.

The headquarters and production of all VanDutch models will be at the Cantiere del Pardo headquarters in Forlì, where production is being stepped up since 1973.

As Cantiere del Pardo chairman Luigi Servidati said: “The acquisition means that Cantiere del Pardo, alongside VanDutch and Pardo Yachts, assumes a dominant position in the world of luxury boatbuilding”. The know-how, experience and made-in-Italy pedigree of Cantiere del Pardo is a unique opportunity to start a new begininng.
